How long does shipping take?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on orders over $120.

Can I return an item?
Eligible returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How do I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each burn. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time, never leave a burning candle unattended, and always place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

How should I use my room spray?
Shake gently before use and spray into the air as desired. Avoid spraying directly onto eyes, skin, food, polished surfaces or delicate fabrics.

Do your candles come in different sizes?
Some fragrances are available in multiple sizes. Available options and prices are shown on each product page.
